Scheibling Consulting AB ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. Our web server also processes technical data such as IP addresses in normal server logs for security and operations. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking.
Why we process your data
Contact form submissions are processed so that we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer or agreement (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Server logs are processed to keep the service secure and available (legitimate interest).
Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies and similar storage, for example for spam protection on the contact form. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies, and therefore no cookie consent banner is required.
How long we keep your data
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, related information may be retained as required by accounting and other legislation.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as data processors under agreements with us, within the EU/EEA. We only disclose data to authorities when required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to or request restriction of processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, www.imy.se). To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
